Best carbonara in the capital city

It's not us to say it, but rather the reviews left by our guests on TripAdvisor. Praised by many as a perfect combination of flavours: 'pasta al dente', divine bacon, top quality pecorino

Excellent and quick authentic Roman lunch

We ate at Pasta in Corso before visiting the Vatican Museums. The pasta was plentiful and excellent. The staff was very friendly. It was a pleasure both for the palate and the atmosphere. We recommend it for a quick lunch break between visits!

Pasta is out of this world!

Incredible pasta!!! The portions were so generous and they had tons of toppings. Also ate the BEST supplì in Rome! Overall, the food was cheap, tasty, and very fresh! We truly loved every single bite. The staff was very kind and helpful. You've got to give this place a try!

Fantastic!

The best carbonara I've ever had. After a 45-minute walk, the "journey" was a wonderful one. The homemade crostata was also delicious. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Rome.

A true gem

A true gem for lovers of good food. What impressed me the most is the attention given to every guest: the menu offers exquisite dishes both for those with celiac disease and for those without specific needs, with no difference in taste or quality. The pasta is fresh, the portions generous, and the sauces full of flavor

Why choose us for an unforgettable gluten-free experience?

  • Safety first, thanks to the complete separation between the gluten-free kitchen and the "regular" one. We have created an entire dedicated gluten-free kitchen, with separate spaces, exclusive utensils, and certified ingredients listed in the National Register of Gluten-Free Products of the Ministry of Health
  • Authentic Roman recipes, prepared without compromise and with the finest ingredients
  • Rated by customers as among the best in Rome
  • Square plates for gluten-free dishes. The first in Italy to abandon flags and instead serve celiac dishes directly on different plates - square ones - compared to the regular oval or round ones, eliminating any chance of mistakes or cross-contamination
