4 AIC Restaurants in Rome

Pasta in Corso has 4 restaurants in Rome, all AIC-affiliated, a true guarantee for those looking for a safe and reliable reference point in gluten-free dining.

Our partnership with AIC reflects our daily commitment to following strict procedures, ensuring that people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance can enjoy an authentic Roman dining experience with traditional dishes prepared safely, without any risk of cross-contamination.

All ingredients and beverages used at Pasta in Corso Gluten Free are naturally gluten-free or prepared in full compliance with food safety regulations. We use only products specifically formulated for people with celiac disease, listed in the National Register of Gluten-Free Products of the Italian Ministry of Health, and we follow the AIC’s AFC program to maintain consistent safety standards in gluten-free dining.

A journey into the Roman cuisine flavour

The passion for fresh handmade pasta

The founder, Marco, has traveled the world from dish to dish. Yes, because flavours have always played an important role to him, despite his job as a financial broker. He decided to change his life and focus on his passion: food. Where? In the capital of the country of flavors: Rome
Thus its restaurants offer, every single day, typical Roman dishes cooked as tradition dictates. Meticulously respecting the original recipes. Romans and tourists can thus appreciate the beating heart of the capital city flavour

All four restaurants are AIC-affiliated
