We’re the first gluten-free restaurant. Or maybe not

Founder Marco's continuous innovation has made Roman recipes accessible to everyone, even to those who are gluten intolerant. The Gluten Free Roman restaurant PASTA IN CORSO offers its entire menu, classic and traditional, in a gluten-free version. The objective is to offer exactly the same typically Roman dishes, such as the famous carbonara, even to those who cannot eat gluten, due to intolerances or other reasons.
Our gluten-free kitchen is separate from normal standard restaurant kitchen. This allows Gluten Free Pasta in Corso to avoid any contamination. The work surfaces, equipment, and utensils, including those used for making fresh egg pasta, are used exclusively for preparing gluten-free food. The entire kitchen is dedicated to gluten-free cooking. That’s why we’re the first Gluten Free restaurant. Or maybe not.

PASTA IN CORSO has expanded the restaurant to offer its guests a safe space to enjoy the typical gluten-free dishes of Roman culture.
Local renovation was carried out carefully following all the rules established by the official AFC documents which it drew up in collaboration with the Italian Local Public Health. Thanks to this achievement, the restaurant is now an AIC-affiliated member in Rome, a true guarantee for anyone seeking a safe and reliable reference point for gluten-free dining.

Even storage in the warehouse and in the kitchen follows the criterion of total separation between gluten and gluten-free foods.

Gluten Free Pasta in Corso is the place where typical gluten-free Roman food is prepared. The goal is not only to recreate incredibly good traditional recipes, but also to avoid any contamination. All work surfaces, equipment, and utensils are used exclusively for preparing gluten-free food. The entire kitchen is dedicated to gluten-free cooking.

The last, but not least, step is the room service. Our staff is specially trained to to serve celiacs. Dishes will never be transported together with those containing gluten and gluten free dishes are clearly identifiable by a sign recognizable by the customer. Even in this last step, before eventually serve gluten-free dish, all the rules will be respected to strictly avoid any contamination.
