INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE CONSOLIDATED TEXT OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 30/6/2003 N.196 (from 25/05/2018 articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679)

Collection and use of personal data according to the rules of the GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679. This decree is aimed at ensuring that data processing is carried out in full respect of people's rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity. Pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 13 of the aforementioned Decree, we inform you that the data provided to us for completing the contact and/or registration form on this site will be processed in compliance with the above legislation and the obligations of confidentiality, lawfulness, transparency and protection of rights. 
Below we report the aforementioned legal information, in order to allow each user to know, even without starting the registration process for the Service, how the information obligations prescribed by law to guarantee its users are fulfilled.

We therefore provide the following information:

The data will be processed electronically by PASTA IN CORSO as well as by the legal representative, SHARMA.MAR. S.R.L. , and their respective representatives. The data will not be disclosed and be communicated, again within the scope of the aforementioned purposes, to other partner companies. The processing of data may involve the use of electronic devices suitable for processing them according to the methods established by this decree, and in any case in compliance with the standards of security and confidentiality. 
Based on the art. 7 Legislative Decree 30/6/2003 n.196 user has the right, at any time and free of charge, to request information regarding his data, as well as the methods and purposes of the processing to which they are subjected, to have them modified or cancel or oppose their further use and also to obtain information on the initiatives in which they have participated.

Purpose of use of the data

We collect the following "types" of information:

What to do if the information we have is wrong or you want to modify or cancel your registration
