We are Pasta in Corso and we're going to tell you why Celiac Disease Week is so close to our hearts
When we opened Pasta in Corso, we did so with a very specific promise: to demonstrate that Roman cuisine can also be 100% gluten-free, without losing authenticity, taste and passion. Today, as National Celiac Week is celebrated around the world, we feel the value of that promise even more.
This is not just a symbolic initiative: it is a concrete opportunity to talk, explain, listen. And above all, to stand by those who face celiac disease with strength and determination every day. For us, who have made gluten free our flag, it is a special time of year. A time in which we remember, with even more intensity, the reason why we knead, season, cook every day: to give everyone the freedom to enjoy a plate of pasta without worries. Because no one should give up the pleasure of eating well.
Towards Celiakè: our weekend of taste, culture and sharing
And it will be in this climate of participation and awareness that from 16 to 18 May we will participate in Celiakè, the festival dedicated to the gluten-free world that will be held in Rome, in the splendid setting of Borgo Boncompagni Ludovisi
We are proud to be there, this time not only as a restaurant, but also as a sponsor of an event that speaks our same language: that of respect, quality, and welcoming cuisine. At Celiakè we will bring our pasta, of course, but also our history, our passion and everything we believe in. It will be a weekend full of show cooking, tastings, talks with experts, meetings with doctors and nutritionists. But it will also be a celebration where “gluten-free” is not a deprivation, but a starting point to create something new and truly good.

Who we are, for those who don't know us yet
We were born in Rome, from an idea by Marco Del Bianco, and today we have become a point of reference for those looking for real Roman gluten free cuisine. With several locations in the capital, every day we bring the great classics to the table: carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, gricia. Dishes that belong to our collective memory and that we wanted to make accessible even to those who cannot eat gluten
We have never been satisfied with "replacing", we wanted to reinvent with respect. For this reason we carefully select each raw material, we work only with certified suppliers, we follow rigorous protocols and we are AIC certified. But at the center, always, there are you. The customers who choose us, who write to us, who tell us their stories and their difficulties. You are our strength
Why Celiac Disease Week Involves Us So Much
Celiac disease is not a fad, nor a choice. It is a serious, permanent condition that requires attention, knowledge, respect. That is why every opportunity to talk about it is precious. National Celiac Disease Week reminds us that information can change things: it can help those who do not yet know they are celiac to understand that they could be, it can correct misconceptions, it can push companies to do better and it can create communities.
We, in our own small way, work every day to improve, not only in the dishes we prepare, but also in these moments. For this reason, we are happy to support the Celiakè festival, to meet people, to tell our experience and to listen.
We are waiting for you
Whether you are celiac, intolerant, curious or simply a lover of good food, we look forward to seeing you at Celiakè, from 16 to 18 May. You can come and visit us at our stand, to discover our world and taste what we have prepared for you Because  it is possible to be excited by a plate of gluten-free pasta. All that is needed is passion, care and truth.
And if you can't be there, we'll be waiting for you in our restaurants. Our door is always open, our menu is always gluten-free. But above all, our cuisine is always for everyone.
